According to our belief in the bodily resurrection, our bodies matter. Using the approach of a body scan, you'll be guided through a prayer of gratitude for the body. Using the wisdom in Genesis 1 (that we are created in God’s image) we'll do a body scan that can be done with or without a foam roller to “check in” with the body before or after a run, and then give thanks for it.
