Sacred Cycle
Aligning with our natural rhythms
COURSE DESCRIPTION
The average woman experiences some 456 total periods over 38 years, or roughly 2,280 days with her period — 6.25 years of her life. Add to that the experience of menopause and you realize that our menstrual cycles are a major part of life.
Many menstruating people hate their periods-- complaining of anxiety, exhaustion, and pain. To make matters worse, religions rarely ever mention periods-- outside of shaing women for having a menstrual cycle in the first place.
This class is here to change that. A monthly cycle that can guide us month after month, and year after year, can be seen as a gift when harnessed as a spiritual practice. This class will give you the theology, tools, and inspiration to turn your "time of the month" into a holy and sacred period.
Praise for SACRED CYCLE:
"Ok, full disclosure, I wasn’t expecting this class to be 'for me' at my age, but - wow!! One class and I’m definitely in for the whole thing. And really glad I checked out the suggested resource, Michelle Obama’s podcast on women’s health. I’ve already shared with my girlfriends! Hillary Raining, thanks for bringing us content and wisdom that’s just not out there for us in general."
"I did one of the yoga practices on your cycle class. WOW! That was EXACTLY what my body needed in that particular moment."
